On that Paul Rowley was helping out down at Salford recently, I expect us to start brawling at every opportunity and have red cards galore. MR - Rowley`s tactics are tame compared to MacNamara at Catalan. Louis XIV was beheaded properly in France but MacNamara is employing different tactics. Disgraceful. Although today His tactics worked for Catalan Won Today 30-10 in Perpignan against (It's our year) Warrington, I suppose the 88 Fahrenheit weather didn't help Didn't watch the Match on Sky as I was in the London Dungeon which is Definitely missing a Nightmare RL Referee and Haemorroid Players James Child & Sewer Rat with the face of Sam Tomkins !! A bit of Fisticuffs on and off the Pitch, Which just goes to Show a Erratic away team Crap referee Ginger nuts Tompkins Hot weather and Lots of Booze is always going to end up in Bovver. According to various news sources Steve McNamara was attacked at the end of the match, But Probably thought it was part of Catalans Warm down moves.

Yes Childs pathetic again, penalties for nothing and missing foul play. He's just not up to,it. Catalan just thugs. French and the worst of Oz forwards and the Sly Twins from Wigan Mcillorum and Tomkins. They were the same at the JJ Bell but luckily Watson has taught his team not to react. Big individual and team bans .......probably not.....we have to support the game in France.

It was a shocking end to a bad tempered game. Child was his usual self - terrible! He played all his greatest hits - penalty against the attacking team at the play the ball, non-existent obstruction penalty, made up a rule and sin binned a bloke due to the most excruciatingly anal interpretation of the rules. He had nowt to do with the scenes at the end though- did his best to calm things down.
In the game, there were at least 7 high tackles - 2 each for Patton and Philbin - which set the tone. I’d expect some player bans for the scrap at the end. Edwards should get a long ban for inciting the crowd.
As for the crowd violence, it looks to be mostly Wire fans but they are claiming they were provoked. We will see.

I'd guess the RFL Disciplinary will use Top 4 teams Rules book version in this one.

I'd guess the RFL Disciplinary will use Top 4 teams Rules book version in this one. It was on Sky and clips are now all over Twitter - I think they have no choice but to come down hard on both teams. One of the positives of social media - it’s much harder to sweep these things under the rug now.

Both coaches have put in complaints about Childs; must be the end for him. But a least he gave a couple of the head high tackles unlike the game at the JJB
I wonder if a deduction of 10 points each is on the cards!

I'm sure Child's just Reappeared from the Championship a Few weeks ago? Wasn't he linesman at Toulouse the Same Weekend we beat Catalan.

Just seen the full footage of this and it's not looking good for some of the travelling Warrington fans, wonder if the French police might beat the RFL to the drop on punishments?
I did notice that Warrington were encouraging fans to join up in specific areas for pre match drinks which is surely an odd thing to do, high temperatures, single figured IQ types and strong booze is not a healthy mix.
Then to see players go from trying to calm the fans down to brawling amongst themselves is bewildering, hopefully he bans meted out are lengthy and non of this warnings have been issued nonsense.
RL on the front pages for all the wrong reasons.

Austin has just left the Catalans v Wire game with a twisted ankle - tomorrow is now a big chance for Hastings to stake his claim for Man of Steel. Just to add a bit more pressure! I must admit i had the same thought, a big game today and against Huddersfield and he'll be hard to stop. When was the last time we had a 'man of steel' winner?

Couldn’t get to London today. First game I’ve missed for quite a while.
I’m hoping we’ve still got the upper hand over London that we’ve shown in the last two games. They’ll be fighting hard for a win but hopefully we’ll have too much for them
