Sky have now announced the televised games on the Thursday and Friday and they won’t involve the Salford v London game which will remain on the Sunday 4th August at 3pm. Anyone planning to travel can book without worrying that it will be moved like last time.

They Couldn't have changed the dates two seasons in a row , Last September to Saturday. Hopefully Better weather than the last two visits. Last year Pissed wet through and April Blown off.

It's the same date as the charity shield at Wembley so the trains will be busy from Stockport onwards with Man city fans.

I’m in Cardiff watching Utd in a pointless friendly but it’s a full day booze.
Went to last game and stayed in Ealing, not a bad place actually although it was freezing.
