Good news, but it is mandatory for all Super League clubs next year – apart from Catalans (and, presumably, Toronto, if they were promoted).

Good news, but it is mandatory for all Super League clubs next year – apart from Catalans (and, presumably, Toronto, if they were promoted). I think it is along with clubs graded A (Widnes & Bradford), don't see how we can possibly afford to put a team in so for me a joint team with Leigh would be the best option.
Can see Toronto having a team and basically them being Toronto light and have them based (and playing all games in) in the UK and used as a feeder system for TW.
