Having a browse of this months Rugby League World magazine and they have a feature on clubs squads for 2020 so far. Have got to say that barring the possible loss of Hastings our squad for next year looks just as, if not stronger, than this seasons. Still a good few squad spots to fill but am overall positive about the immediate future.

I think a lot hinges on who we get in at scrum half - we need a good 7 to bring Lolohea into the game but we have spent a chunk of the budget on him. We’ll see.
I’d expect a few of those to move on (Sa’u should free up some funds if he goes). Not sure what will happen with Lawton, Flash, Welham, Johnson, Wood, Tomkins and Murray but expect we’d retain a few. I really hope we keep Inu.

Forgot about Nakubuwai who seems to have stepped up in last few games. Trent Hodkinson will be available for next year and would surely be a better option than the alternatives, Kevin Brown, Matty Smith, Jarrod Sammut or Chris Sandow. Josh Drinkwater would be worth a look though and the young lad Holmes at Featherstone seems to be an upcoming talent.

The rumour is that Ben has signed elsewhere. No idea if that is true.
I wouldn’t touch Smith and definitely not Sandow. Doubt Drinkwater will leave KR now. Wouldn’t say no to Sammut. Holmes looks good as does Woods (Wigan but was on loan at Leigh). If Richardson is available I like the look of him.

The rumour is that Ben has signed elsewhere. No idea if that is true. I've said it before Ben needs someone to put some deep heat on his loo roll and give him some laxatives before he plays as he just needs to be more aggressive and angry on the pitch.
1 of those players who will go on to greater things but will need to change his game slightly to do so

A couple of people have mentioned to me on Twitter that Inu might be retiring. As I’ve heard nowt on contract renewal I suppose there may be some truth in this - anyone else heard anything?
That would explain why Watson has said he is bulking up Chamberlain. Still leaves us light in the centres though - we would definitely need one more.
