Yes. And they could do with a scrum half. I wonder who they might go for!

Reckon if we lose today we got to favourites for relegation, we simply need to start winning at home, today we've got to start fast blitzkrieg rugby, if we win the toss kick short and attack the ball and concentrate on getting repeat sets near the line rather than the panic options we seem to take.

Most importantly today Watson needs to tell the penalty culprits (Mossop, Dudson and Griffin) to limit their infringements or Brough will kick us to death.

Just what we needed. And it helps the points difference too, which could well be worth an extra league point at the end of the season. I’ve never seen a table so compressed this far into the season. Win next week and we’re in the top five. And yet earlier today we were within two points of the relegation spot.

Couldn't get to the game today but I've just caught the tries on skysports. We looked fairly comfortable despite the horrendous penalty count-will we ever learn? They were talking about Hastings and Lui being the best half pairing in SL, I certainly can remember a better pairing at Salford. We have some winnable games on the horizon, how many more do we need to win to ensure safety do u think??

The 2 points are all that matters at this stage. We all keep saying it but surely we have to cut out the stupid mistake we make.Evalds gets an hat trick and gift them 2 Olpherts as a week off so Bibby as a turn.So is the salary cap working or does the League lack the quality of the past.

More later (I know you all can't wait) but some quite outstanding ref decisions today. What on earth was the try disallowed for?

We won at home and it wasn’t pretty at times - exactly what we need to be doing. Job done.
Let’s back it up against a very beatable Cas side (they are on Sky every week and don’t change - plenty of mistakes in them and the pack is blown after 60 minutes).

Great win yesterday, much needed, especially with Hull KR and London both winning. Still a lot of rugby to play, but we're not in a bad position at all.
It was a bit scrappy and nervy at times, but I always felt pretty confident that if we got near their line then we'd score. A return of 8 tries isn't bad at all, plus good for the points difference which could be crucial come the end of the season (hopefully for getting into the top 5 rather than staying up!)
Hope Griffin's injury isn't too bad.
Bring on Friday - another winnable game.
