I believe that this weeks game vs Wakefield is the most important game of our season so far. We have the chance to put some distance between us and being dragged into a relegation scrap with other teams with better finances and resources to call upon.
It is a very big chance as, without seeing the squad lists, we will be facing a side shorn of their best 2 backs (Johnstone and Tupou), a half back who is still not 100% after injury (Brough) and main forward weapon out injured (Fifita).
If our injuries are as suspected after Hull game I would line up as below:
Evalds
Bibby Sau Inu Johnson
Lui Hastings
Mossop Lussick Dudson Jones McCarthy Burke
Tomkins Walker Griffin Murray

Yeah it's a big one this. A win would take us into 6th with a decent buffer over the bottom teams and a far superior points difference. Perfect opportunity to do so as well, if they have a few injuries then we're more than capable of beating them. Looking forward to it, feels like ages since we've had a home match.

This game brings up the notion that Junior and PP have both gained insider knowledge, would either divulge anything?
Key to this game is the little troll, keep Brough quiet and we win, allow him to run the game and we loose.

On one hand: We are at home where we can’t buy a win, we are on a poor run of form, we are light in the backs and there is an atmosphere of doom and gloom.
On the other hand: We have a reasonable home record against Wakey, their form is worse than ours and their injuries are worse than ours.
I just don’t know how it will go.

We should beat Wakey on paper, but seeing as we're at home we'll get beat again.

Sio came off injured against hull. Looked like a pulled hamstring or something

A win for KR and London well on the way against Catalans. Tomorrow is now even more important.

Was just going to post the same - lose and we are right in the thick of the relegation fight with form against us. London and KR have momentum/confidence and Leeds have a nice chunk of salary cap space to save them when Watkins goes.
We are in trouble unless we can start winning ugly and at home.
