Interesting that the news story I've just read blamed the halves of HKR for not taking advantage of the opportunity against the Wolves yesterday.
I thought they brought Rovers back into the game and a bit more luck or a few more playing like Masoe would have cracked it for them.
Chris Atkin looks a real miss for SRD.

Not sure what this has got to do with the future of Salford but anyway- I thought they were very poor and only created anything when Wire were exhausted from all the defending they had to do in the first half. They had 15 minutes where Wire had at least one man off and they scored no points. Masoe (as good as he is) dropped the ball at a few key points as well. Still hard to believe they have beaten us twice.

You mean the man that scrapped the academy. I have read some rubbish regarding the dickhead that is Koukash but this tops them all. Prestwich, you posts are becoming increasingly aggressive, what with dickheads and fook off, earlier in the thread. Marwan ,particularly, seems to rattle you. Chill, please. Doing posts after drinking does not work☹️ BTW MK is still a d1ckhead now I am sober.

The future looks quite bleak. Unless I, or some same minded SRD fan, wins the lottery and takes over or pumps money in, I think or rather hope that Ian Watson stays and manages to pick up above average championship players up and improves them and moulds a team, there does not look like a bright future with the Wigan's etc waiting in the to cherry pick any good talent we cannot afford to pay top wages to

The point that I was trying make was that is there only Jackson Hastings that other clubs are looking at signing as I feel that several players including the ones that I have mentioned could well be on the shopping lists of other clubs depending on what happens to us. At present we have one player who has signed for another Superleague club, the others are rumours as far as I know.

Though, as I keep saying signings coming in, rumoured or real, would at least balance this a bit.

Russ, have a day off will you and enjoy the warm weather. Only Jones has been confirmed to have signed elsewhere so far - the rest are still rumours for now with varying degrees of truth to them.

Kallum Watkins may be looking for a new club perhaps we could hypnotize him and make him come home . He's from Pendleton or Pendlebury I believe ?

I'm always enjoying life thanks, but why does no one on this forum want to talk about who might be coming in?
Surely someone has heard something.

The Halifax v Bradford game today shows that there is life beyond Super League for the British game. If as expected we do lose many of our better players then I expect that Blease, Watson and Gleeson will have been aware of this and will have been scouting out replacements in the lower tiers. It has worked for us in the recent past with Olpherts, Brining, Johnson, Josh Griffin and also taking a look at other teams underused younger players is also a very viable option for us.
