Seems a strange one this, although Junior seems to have fallen out of favour (personally I think he’s overrated as a player, as much as I like him as a person). Hopefully Pauli Pauli can add a bit of go forward.

I can't imagine why we would feel overstocked in the Centers.
At least it's only on loan at the moment.

Not sure about Pauli Pauli, wasn't he one of the stand out players last year? Their fans on Twitter said he's out of favour because he can't defend

Sau was all set originally to go to Hull on loan, but this is a good bit of business with both teams gaining in the area's where they're short at the moment.

I’ve never rated him but he’s definitely unfit and out of form this year. I’ve seen him have a good game earlier in the season so he has potential but his attitude might be lacking.
I’m more bothered about what losing Sa’u does to the attendances and team morale as he’s a fan favourite, marketable and a key personality in the dressing room.
We’ll see I suppose. Can PP play Friday?

Can PP play Friday? Yes he's eligible for Friday according to the club website. Not sure how many minutes we'll get out of him, especially against their pack. |

Pauli Pauli is a one trick pony. If we've got the ball on the opposition line, give it to him. In all other aspects he's bang average.

Wakefield fans believe hes a great player but hasnt performed lately but some say due to his dad passing away. If anyone is to get the best out of the players then i believe watto will do it

I’m happy to see how it works out. As I said on another thread Junior has f been in his best form this season but he’s still a leader on and off the pitch. Pauli Pauli is ok from what I’ve seen, might give us a bit more punch in the back row.
We’re going to have one of our biggest ever packs with him in there I think - Dudson/Moose/Jones/PP/Burke is s big starting 5 with Walker, Murray, Nakubuwai, Griffin also in the mix
The Hauraki for Burke and Chamberlain last year felt odder to me and that turned out well so let’s hope for the same with this one

But the coach his with them every day. Let's hope it pans out for the best. |

June 16th will be good as Junior is 1 of those players who deserves a thank you from the fans, might not have Greg Inglis but has never let us or the club down.
