Nah, leigh are a good team. We beat hkr and the last 3 and we're safe. They just wanted it more today. Still fuming, a game we would have won had we played as well as last week. I'd say hkr and hudds should be afraid

We were nervous and off-kilter from the kick-off. Leigh wanted it more and deserved it. We certainly didn't have any luck today, and that's just the way it goes some times.
Not the end of the world but we make it a touch more difficult.
I think we'll be okay with our remaining fixtures to retain our spot automatically.

I tend to be neutral and as unbiased as possible, but after that performance I'm seriously doubting our credentials and our ability to survive in Super League. Perhaps I'll realise tomorrow that I'm talking crap, but right now it feels very sore to lose against Leigh. We looked so poor today, but last week we raised our game to beat Huddersfield so it makes you wonder wether motivation was the core issue.

Just need to beat Leeds away and we are sorted. Exciting/nervous times ahead.

I would say motivation was a huge issue. Weve not turned in to a bad team in a week, beat kr next week and were OK. Hurts tonight but credit where it's due leigh were good today and game management much improved on last year

We were switched off from the first minute. you can't expect to win a game like that.
We've missed a great opportunity to put ourselves safe, more or less, today. I don't think we were complacent, just nervous and it showed.
Annoys me that we can't seem ever to put teams like this to the sword where other SL teams would have steamrolled Leigh today. We have a serious lack of belief in ourselves and it's transferred to the pitch often. As a fan it's infuriating to watch. We need to get a grip of ourselves and start thinking more arrogantly as a team. Leigh had the pressure on them today as well as us, but they managed it. We never do. We're poor against rubbish opposition, as if we hate having the pressure of favourites stuck on us.
Disappointing.

Not too surprised by the result today, always expected Leigh to be up for this and it showed. However, I take as positives that we got ourselves into positions where we bombed 4 tries, on another day or maybe at home they'd have gone our way and we'd have stuffed them out of sight. But, today wasn't our day and credit to Leigh for taking their chances. Take this as a lesson learned and motivation for next week.

Too many bombed chances and Leigh got all the luck, I thought the ref was awful and slowed the game down drastically which suited a less fit Leigh outfit. He never had to go to the screen for that Junior Sa'u decision it was as blatant a knock on as you'll ever see.

To be honest I'm worried the cue is on the rack and some agents have got some of SRD's players thinking about their next gig elsewhere, if not actually having their feet under the table for next year.
Yes, I like mixing metaphors in a good cause!
