So much for loyalty, good riddance then if that's the case. I always did wonder why Huddersfield let him go.
Not what Watson breeds, so perhaps we're better off without him (and from what I can gather, certainly his wife)

Wildcats look the real deal though, he's just added to an already good pack of forwards.
I can't see SRD beating them and wondered why we lost to Leeds when I watched that match?

Koppy always gave 110% and will always get a good reception from me as he was a very good acquisition for the club and led by example on the pitch. The guy is 32 now and is in the last few years of his career. I certainly don't begrudge him one last pay day and the chance to play for a team that is on the up with a genuine chance of picking up some silverware (certainly in the cup). The last thing we need to do is demonise players for no reason (unless you know something we don't JJR?).

I'm shocked by all this about Koppy.
Was a massive CK fan and do honestly think that along with JJ and BMM he is without doubt the start forward recruited by Koucash. His performance never once dropped for me so I'll always cheer him on when he returns to the Enormadome.

Agree completely with SS - maybe something else went on behind the scenes but he never let his effort levels drop (as BR said, against London he was superb) so I don’t think us fans can really give him much grief. Wakey may have turned his head but we were struggling financially and he deserves one last pay day. Even if it’s discovered that he did something else, unless he killed a man I’d still not put him in the same category as C*ley (half joking there). I’ll applaud him when he returns with Wakefield.

I don’t think anyone is talking about giving him grief I agree he never gave less than his all for us. I had thought he wasn’t quite as effective for us last year than in his other 2 years but his average gain was a metre more last year than previous. (To be fair his average gain was never great as he did a lot of the ‘hard yards’) But that can be true and also it be right for him and the club for him to move on. I’m surprised there is any surprise on here. Im sure if I looked back I’d be able to find rumours of him having signed for Wakefield by May last year. When he was dropped for a few games in the summer and fans were complaining his wife was on twitter hinting that he was being treated badly. Watson confirmed he was dropped rather than injured. If memory serves he was only playing at London because of burgess being suspended and a couple of injuries. All this was discussed at the time None of this means he shouldn’t be thanked for service because where it mattered he gave his all for us

Koppy was not rated by Blease.
He was one of the bigger earners as far as im aware and IB wanted him off the wage! there were a few times involving deals with wakey, swap deals with leeds etc none of which were CK choice.
Essentially he had happen to him what happened with BMM where he was sold without ever pushing or wanting to move on!
you only have to look at the performances last year and how they dipped when he wasnt on the field.
