Seen there is an article in the LE regarding Lui and his Salford future as he is out of contract at the end of the season. Anyone managed to see it? I won’t be able to get a copy until tomorrow or Weds.

I have not seen the article yet.It's a page filler all contracts come to an end.Watto will have to decide if we have come to the end of the road or we sticks with him or he might want to go I am sure the coach will make the right decision.

I have just read it, he says he is happy here but if his wife wants to go home then they will.

Would love Lui to stay but family comes first and he's given us great service so I'm sure we'd all wish him the best of luck. If he did go back I hope he got a gig with an NRL club as he's too good to be playing in one of the feeder comps. With Jacko likely to be going back to the NRL at the end of the year we'd be left with a massive HB hole to fill if Lui did call it a day. He's 28 though and I'm sure the offer of a long term contract back home would be tempting. |

If that's true then are players able to make a living playing in the feeder comps? Saw something on Leeds Forum yesterday saying James Segeyaro is working in a coffee shop as he can't get an NRL contract! |

I think Lui would probably get a chance at an NRL club when you see others that have gone back and got work
He is absolutely full of praise for Salford as a club and as a place to live. It’s well worth a read if you can (someone is red a photo on twitter of it)
As others have said he’s been great for us and if he moved back for family reasons then I’d have no complaints. I’d love him to stay, but we know he needs a good organiser alongside him to shine.
If the Brierly rumours are true I’d see him as more of a Lui replacement than Hastings

Rob has a child with difficulties I think and he has said he gets fantastic support here. I think if he had two good knees he'd be an international...esp when you compare him to out GB high flyer Williams...now he does lack class.
