I rang on Friday morning (28th) to buy a season ticket.... the line just rang out and no voicemail... I e-mailed the enquiries mailbox straight away and cc'ed Adam Whiteside to say "call me"... no one has got in touch...btw I need to go through the switchboard as I have some queries on my seat position... but.... wtf its now the 31st...??

Hmm, you'd guess that, but no mention of Xmas hours on website, Tw@tter, phones, etc.... also I'm not getting bombarded via e-mail about buying tickets for the friendly matches... all I've had are the newsletters...

Normally,they’re excellent. Give them the benefit,it’s Christmas time. Call them in the New Year. |

Apparently they asked the calendar if they could bring new year forward, then just before it was agreed the club said that it didn't need to.  In all seriousness, Xmas and New year will probably be getting in your way at trying to get a ST. I'd hazard a guess that if not by the end of this week then next week it will be business as usual. If you think, the club probably shuts down at this time of year as few people will have the cashflow to buy ST's and it gives the staff a nice Xmas & New year. |

I visited the Reception on the 27th I was able to pick up My Season Tickets And buy some tickets for the Friendly games for someone, No problem Although I had the Annual 10 minutes struggle trying to explain to the staff I don't live in the UK But would still like to buy a Season Car park ticket. It took a while for them to understand that although I may not be there for every home game I still wanted to buy one. |

As Shakespeare's Sister once said "All's well that bell ends well"...looks like the radio silence from the club was the Xmas/NY break... Adam W got the ticket office to call me this afternoon and hey ho I have my season ticket (my first since 1975/76...) Seems like we are not quite at last years total ST sales of ~1600 so we need to sell a few more before the end of Jan... London home tickets should come on sale in the next week or so (leaving it late?)

It's odd, I had 2.5 season tickets last year but I'm not bothering this year, vhave signed up for the platinum supporters pack but it just rankles when you make ans around the fixtures and they get changed. I'll still probably attend all the home games so the club will actually get more from me than if I bought a ST. |
