Just wondering if anyone knows who owns the Monaco registered Rolls Royce Wraith Black Badge I keep seeing on Albert Road in Eccles, someone mentioned a united wendyballist but I've no idea.
Either that or the Euro drugs barons are queuing up to replace the massive weed factory found at the old market hall last week  |

If it belongs to Any Drug Dealers then there not keeping a low profile. |
