Regarding your last point MR; apparently the club stated their recruitment and retaintion plans to Joey/Jackson which was a major factor in them re-signing. So hopefully it’s all in hand! But the outs vs the ins at the minute is worrying.. I agree, we've gone from just needing to add to the backs to also needing to add significantly to the pack too. I'm awaiting the other signings eagerly.

He has done more in a few months than any player in recent times that I have known at Salford to promote the club. He did two videos before he left and I would not be surprised if we see some more. He’s off on hols like the rest of the players what do you want him to do not have a break ? Well the loves ended I see, do think if I said I'd given the club a £1,000,000 you'd find a way to bag me. My point being that if the club/Jackson had managed to find a way to make this announcement when he was over here the resulting media and marketing opportunities would have been hugely beneficial. Obviously he is heading home, deservedly he will sit on beach with his beloved hounds basking in the glory that in a few short weeks he has become a quite remarkable cult hero, the biggest thing on the open market and above all one of us. I've little doubt Jackson next year will become the face of the club, its biggest tub thumper and life blood. This is a new one for me but a fire sale of our other stars aside or the failure to augment his signing and can see a season of stability, growth and many many more bums on seats. It’s a forum where you give views, if you don’t agree with someone then you can reply that’s how it works. It’s not bagging you. Grow a pair. Back on Topic, my relative in Oz phoned to tell me JH is news over there as well, putting little old Salford in the limelight.
