Could that start get any harder?
When you look at that you realise how many squeaky bums are going to be around for the next few weeks, gutted I'm away for the Leigh fixture but Batley birthday weekend promises to be a cracking trip.

It's a really hard start to the Middle 8's! However, if we can get through those games unscathed it bodes well for the remaining 3 fixtures.

Slightly concerned (attendance wise) that both of our home fixtures against Super League teams clash with Manchester United games(at Wembley and Old Trafford)

its a tough start but im confident we can beat hudds leigh and Hull KR. We are pretty much there you would hope from then in. on a slightly separate issue, does your season ticket get you in to the home games in the middle 8's?

Not happy with the clash with the Charity Shield though but fixtures do avoid any home game clashes with Salford City FC. So that's a bonus!

That's one question I had answered. My other is there a set formula for this? Seems we have the hardest draw so that's hardly likely to make the Doc calm down on the conspiracy theory crusade. That said we breeze it and it's royal 2 finger salute from the club to the powers that be. I fully expect the first few games next year to be. Wigan - Away. Hull FC - Away. Warrington - Away. Leeds (can't see anything other than a total reversal of this year from them) - Away. St Helens - Away. Total luck of the draw

Can't find the table but does anyone one know how many points we needed last year to make the automatic qualifiers?
Would be nice to win every game but can't see us winning at Leeds away (our no show gave them impetus just at the right time) and do worry that we will loose at either Hull KR or Leigh, though I'd kill to go to Leigh and give them one hell of a spanking and put that ar$e Beaumont in his place.

You can refresh this season generator I created last year a few times to get a rough average: gazshaw.co.uk/eightgen/2015/

I'd guess we'll win 5 games, all I care about it making it and starting next season in SL drama free and with a competent (be it the Doc or someone new) owner.

The club don't help themselves, have asked on Twitter if the days and/or dates for the fixtures can be changed and stone walled, got people wanting to come to home games and go to a couple of away ones but am not going to buy ticket one until the club confirms that what we have been given will remain unchanged.
Frustrating little things like that infuriate me about Salford, struggling for bum on seats and here's someone trying to bring them and they ignore you.
