I’m knackered! Good game. Good performance minus a few daft mistakes. Hastings, Lui and Lussick are the business. Pack was superb.

Cracked open my most expensive bottle of wine after that! I thought it was all going to go wrong when Olpherts carefully shepherded out that 40:20, but they turned it round in style in that last 25 minutes.
The emotion behind the posts switched from nerves to party pretty quickly, and the reception for the players at the end was fantastic. Hastings carred aloft in his underpants having given his kit away! Lad looked quite honsetly overwhelmed by the strength of feeling from the crowd. Some of my favourite scenes as a Salford fan, great to be in and amongst it.
Just got to make sure I get up at 7am for a drive to Paris (Work!) tomorrow morning...
