I hope there will be a good Salford Following on Sunday at Halifax only there didn’t seem to be many people buying tickets. i watched the squad for a few minutes, they were really putting the effort in.

We're onto our second coach load apparently, so hopefully we bring a decent following.
Looking forward to it, I've not been to Halifax since I was a nipper when Gavin Clinch still played for them. Any decent pub recommendations?

Great atmosphere today, pity they ran out of things to eat, Halifax hadn’t told the Burger man there was 1000 Salford fans coming until 11am this morning. It was fun to see the scoreboard man scratching his head trying to find the numbers every time we scored, he certainly earned his money.

Today confirmed that Halifax is my favourite away venue in the UK, that I love Halifax is a brilliant little place and that I'd love to see then do well and prosper as they are a smaller club run exceptionally well.
Visited a new thing called Piece Hall (OK hundreds of years old but I've never visited before) and it was just brilliant.
Only down side is one road in, one road out and countless tools cutting across from the wrong lane late on.
Well done to the tea, ropey start (though personally not unexpected)and some brilliant execution. think something desperately needs to be done about our marker defence as Halifax exploited it more than once and you can be sure Toronto will do likewise.
Hastings, it's the first time I've seen him in the flesh and WOW, bit different in class to Shorrocks, had him all season and we'd have been in the top 8 without a shadow.
If you think we have our two best props to hopefully come back next week against brutish pack I'm more than hopeful.

Enjoyed it today. The queue for the bar was stupid but apart from that I can't complain. Good result and a strong following for an away game.
Jackson Hastings MOTM for me. What a player. I think our next crowdfunding needs to be about keeping him for next season!

Met at White Lion, Swinton at 8.30 this morning then breakfast, 10.30 train and beers in Halifax, pre/post game. Having worked a mile outside Halifax the past 12 months I can confirm there are a few decent boozers. Most of the locals are alright... and as long as you don't behave like a nobber they'll engage with you positively. Great away day, Hastings & Lui "different gwavy" and now need further lubrication (oo er matron!) before I settle down for the night in Costa Del Ladywell!😂

Great day out in Halifax yesterday and a great result. Clear at the top of the table now with a decent points difference. Win our remaining home games and we'll be fine.
