I just can't be arsed with all the moaning from the Thugs. If they don't want to play in SL then that's just fine by me just set a North American league and play over there.
What do they expect if they get promoted?

While expansion is good for the game in general Toronto wanting dispensation for their location doesn't cut it, the rules need to be enforced regardless of location.
When the new RFL CEO talks of a NZ team joining the league this should be taken into account, they play Wigan away on a Sunday then a home game V St Helens Thursday sh!t happens so deal with it.

Wait until we get Catalan, London, Toulouse, Toronto , NZ team, US team, in the Superlrague, then we can play Leigh, Swinton, Rochdale, and Oldham and forget all this over hyped crap.
Toronto Sunday at Wigan, Thursday at home to St Helens, seems reasonable. And now they're moaning about air fares. Come on Rowley walk on water as you pretend you can.
It's yet another SL cock up.

To be fair, I don't like Sunday-Thursday turnarounds no matter which team is affected. It doesn't really allow enough recovery time. I remember our trip to Catalans on a 2-day turnaround at Easter last year when they had 4 days recovery. It was not nice. Actually, when I read about this on the BBC website, I thought his main complaint was about the cost of airfares.

I get where he's coming from but this competition cannot seem to favour anyone (except Leeds maybe) so that is where you team resides and therfore the hand your dealt with, the competition would become a farce with favoritism
