All over Twitter that he is off to Saints! With lots of discerning voices from there fans, wouldn't mind betting that if true this turns into one of those left field but very inspiring signings big teams make occasionally.
If this is true then hope that means we have got Brining from York nailed down and that him & Kelly are the options for the future with Tomkins moving on.

Lee is a really undervalued player for Salford. There's a reason why Sheens and Watson made him the captain, and if you take a look at the number of games lost vs won when he isn't in the team it's actually staggering what an impact he has.

Can't disagree with that, think it's the reason he's going to Saints (if true) a hard working calm head when if reports are be believed the halves for them next year will be Fages and Brown.
Pretty sure if over the last 2 seasons he'd have stayed fit we'd have closed out a few of the very narrow losses as Tommy has a very underrated kicking game.

I'm not one who buys into all this with TL. He's a bang average player who offer little going forward and is injury prone. I'd rather spend his wage a mother dynamic hooker with pace and on a prop. And just to appease those who bang on about these supposed world class leadership skill, sign a captain.

Don't think anyone is saying Tommy is a world class leader just the best we have at the club and one the players and coaching staff have the highest regard for, I agree a new Captain needs to be found though I would look at Junior as he always seems to give his all, seems like the most level headed person off the pitch and has an affection with the fans.

I'd hope not to lose Junior, for me one of our better players and 13 tries so far this season isn't bad.

Can't blame him .
Out of contract , and one of the last 2013 signings , Cunningham stating saints aren't interested in him so it must to correct .
two big injuries over the last two years, haven't seen him at his best .
back in the M8's again with it's uncertainty . we'll lose a few more no doubt
