Was salary cap supposed to create a level playing field? Sts finish with 42 points, Widnes 6. 20 years of super league and only 4 different winners. Discuss.

It's more to do with talented youngsters than expensive imports for me.
A draft system ALA NFL is the only way to level the playing field but just will simply never happen.
The RFL does need to set into place a method of smaller clubs being better compensated when the big boys come taking youngsters. How though not got a clue.

Even with the higher Salary cap (Cheers Marwan) I don't think it has or will make a difference . It'll be the same four teams. Unless the Owner of the WOLFPACK continues to throw More Silly money at the team.
