A board needs members that can offer a specific talent so this is a welcome change to the holding company structure

There are a couple of things to consider with these non-exec appointments: how much time can they commit to Salford and will Rosler take what they recommend on board?

This needs a whole-hearted commitment as this was the reason the other board members left as they weren't able to give that commitment. Rosler needs support at the top
