I know MK as got a big ego and this rubbed a lot of people up the wrong way, but I would like to put another point that seemed to be overlooked.
When it was first announced a person was coming in, to back Salford with a whole lot of money, he was immediately surrounded by so called experts of the game, unfortunately they were only interested in what they could make out of MK not what they could do to make Salford a good well run club that could compete with the rest of super league on a long term basis.
A lot of Salford people that new how the club should be run and how they should move forward were excluded from the day to day decision making. MK took the word of the so called experts and agents.
It was all to late in the day he realised that he was being led down the garden path, the contracts that were being thrown around were for mouth watering sums, no wonder we had a team of all sorts, with all there baggage attached. This was Marwan's debt of his own creation and this is what we are saddled with , he knows he will never see that money back, but some of the so called experts he employed should shoulder some of the blame, these people have now moved on to the next cash cow project which will end up going the same way, but they will depart with there bank accounts looking even healthier.
One thing I do agree with is that we now have a club and team that the Salford public deserve and where it goes from here concerns me.
