Lots of speculation about Dennis Betts flying about IF he is to leave Widnes then I’d love for us to make a back room role for him. Another Salford lad with the right mentality and who won honours at every level. To be clear not as a replacement for Watson but assistant somehow.

I’m told by someone who played with him that he’s great bloke who looked after other younger pros from Salford but alwsys seemed to me that he had nothing but contempt for the Devils

Do think if is true that Dennis Betts you like said as won everything in the game.Come as understudy to Watson.I can't.His that the criteria now to coach us you have to be from the City.Maybe we should have kept Mozzer as well. |

Hasn't he won something like 18 of the last 80 odd games as Widnes coach? Not a great record.

Absolutely not, been stealing a living based on nothing but his playing career for years.
Morley would make for me a great rugby manager, not coach but DOR, pretty sure he will be utilised in this capacity soon, can see same role that Fitzpatrick or Radlinski currently does.
