The overall record is decent. The recent record isn’t. The squad has recently been stripped of a few good players and tripe has been brought in to replace them.
I think you can criticise Watson for the recruitment to a point (why so many forwards and no backs) but he’s managed to drag some decent performances out of a poor squad this year so it is harder to criticise his management. He’s got some things wrong but which coach hasn’t?
Getting someone else in won’t fix the main problem which is the threadbare squad.

Just watching St H Fages and Richardson ( from Walkden)!are half backs
That's our problem. Money not Watson. We can't keep half backs Sneyd, Ratchford, Myler,
We've lost Ben, GOB and more importantly Dobson. Littlejohn sadly looks a mistake. We're very lucky to have such a dedicated coach and local lad as Watson.

We must stick with Watto BUT tactics must be changed. One man Rugby will not win matches even in the Championship. Change is needed now with a new road map on the pitch. Flan for me is the man to turn to.
