Not impressed with these tw@ts one bit!! I put my pre-order in for the Magic Weekend shirt a week ago and (seeing as I'm so disorganised and haven't bought them yet!) thought I'd order the home and away shirt at the same time. So that's £135 in their pockets in one go.
Thought I'd ring the club this morning to see if there was any progress on the order as no contact details for Steeden on our online shop. I wanted to make sure that I wasn't going to have to wait a month until the Magic Weekend shirt was ready to get the other 2. Now MR, cover your eyes😉..... I got through first time!!!😱 Spoke to a really helpful chap called Adam and explained about the 3 shirt purchase and he said he'd speak to Steeden's UK suppliers, Advantage Sport and chase up for me and give me a call back. Lo and behold within 30 minutes my moby rang and it was Adam.
Apparently A.S are refusing to send the home and away shirts out until the Magic shirt is ready because I've only paid one lot of postage.👿
Anyone else think that's taking the p*ss seeing as they've got £135 of my hard earned? To be fair to Adam he's rung me again as I'm typing this and he's rung his contact again and got me an email address to contact them directly to query this. If anyone else has placed a multi-shirt order you will probably have the same issue.
