I think you mean Bloga dvasia. Nenaudingas means 'useless' unless of course you meant to say that. He's bad AND useless!

I think that there is a myth that top teams are better at discipline because they're better organised so they get away with a lot more. Missing tackles only matters if it's not covered by team mates, home coaches and players are as aware of frailties as the opposition the plan needs to cover yours to stop the other side getting the advantage. Sometimes I think we spend too much time talking about weakness and mistakes in this sport.
