We all love a good moan about the club at times, but I’ve gotta say this is a great idea and fair play to the club for coming up up with it. Great to see something that can not only benefit the club but also local charity.

As a bunch of fans are their any ideas we could feedback to our new MD? Personally I would love to see a trailer grill like they do in the NFL during the summer. Sure he wouldn’t mind our ideas and help

I'm all for filling the ground but there needs to be some sort of policing of the recipients of the tickets.

I have long argues that each week the East stand should be filled with the kids of selected different schools, even if a tiny percentage of them return that is a new fan, pretty sure a great many of us older fans are from the Junior Devils scheme at the Willows.
A trailer grill kilop? Do you mean a tail gate party like in America? Would be a cracking idea but there would be so many hurdles to clear before you could even contemplate doing it.
A few years ago I worked for a large gas and propane company and got the club and them talking about a sponsored (IE the gas for the BBQ would have been gratis) but from what I gather the club decided it wasn't a good idea. I mean what wouldn't be a good idea about an outside BBQ one time with the club getting ALL the profits.

I went to a tail gate party for a Big 10 college football game in Ann Arbour @ the Big House in weather that makes this week over here look positively sub tropical, they just enjoy the experience and still chug down ice cold weak beer and eat great dollops of barely cooked red meat because that's what real men do. Yes it was something like a fiver, I got taken before I could walk so it was in the family blood but the motto catch em young and they stay for life remains a constant throughout any sport I'd imagine. I will give it one last blast to the emither address for the new guy. I'll be honest I remain deeply sceptical and dubious about peoples intentions at the club, I know deep down they mean well but it always seems that when anyone other than the fawning few of blind followers suggest anything it gets poo-pooed and forgotten about. |

Just that the organisation selling the tickets get to keep half the money Or that’s how I read it I think it is an absolutely fantastic idea and it would be great if it takes off |

But if they get to keep half the money won't they sell them a bit cheaper so that people buy them from their organisation rather than another? I'm picking I know I hope it works . |
