If it stopped near Wethers in Eccles you'd get a load jumping on, what would work if people registered a mobile number and it was called/texted just before arrival so people could plan better, not sure how it would work but would ensure things ran smoothly.

The club must have information from S/T holders to show where they live? They could plan a route based on the most densely-populated areas.

Can you have/ pass the word mate. How would ST link with them? If we could, small leaflets/posters advertising the game and times would be good even if it's just a couple to stick up at the bar.

Something like the image I have attached or along those lines. Try and get them in pubs in Walkden/Swinton/Height/Precinct Attachments:leaflet.docx (233.55 KB)

Before everyone, their dog, and taxi driver, gets on and tells you how to improve it, well done.

For those who struggle to get home after the game get to St Mike's and give it 15 minutes then call 1010 as they are now club sponsors and open an office in Peel Green in the next couple of weeks. 1010taxis.co.uk/

Think the most obvious thing is don't try and get the shuttle bus right to the ground before the game, it's a battle you can't win, make a choice either drop at the Unicorn or outside Brookhouse cemetery. For the after match shuttle make sure it is parked in a location where egress from the stadium doesn't effect the bus actually leaving. I don't agree, if the bus service came in & out using the new road calling from the Trafford Centre it will be in & out in minutes. The bus would terminate on the new road & exit on the new road, thus avoiding any of the traffic issues, one big plus we did not have before

Gunner MR this is just the first I've been told. If it works then there will be others. If people don't use then ....
I think the Club is looking to put a bus from the Trafford Centre to the ground.

I understand the first Trial Bus is definitely going to be run by the Supporters Trust from the Precinct leaving at 6pm for the Hull match and it will have about six pick up points.
I think the info is going on the Supporters Trust website (not sure of the link)
