You seem to have settled in well at the Club, has the Club and the people here surprised you since you signed?
Which position do you prefer?
Who was your RL hero?
What influence has Sheens and Watson had on your game this season?
What area of your game would you like to improve?

How did you find your short stint in Rugby Union?
With a number of youth team players breaking through in to the first team, which player stands out as a potential superstar in the making?

Beard or no Beard? Or does it depend on what the missus wants?

Do you feel you picked up any skills from your brief time in RU?
Is the Doc really as eccentric in private as his public persona makes him out to be?

An additional 1.
With Salford sharing the stadium with Sale does Josh think that sharing of certain training methods and skills might be an advantage to either? Thinking mainly kicking skills where in RU kicks from hand go a much greater distance.

How do attitudes and professionalism at smaller clubs like ours compare to those at top clubs like Saints?
do you have any pre match routines / superstitions?

Big thank you to Josh for this!
1) You seem to have settled in well at the Club, has the Club and the people here surprised you since you signed? I've really settled in well and I'm enjoying my time here. I wouldn't say I'm surprised because I didn't know what to expect but I think it is a fantastic club with great staff and players and in the next few years can achieve some great things.
2) Which position do you prefer? I don't really mind position wise, as long as I'm playing that's all that matters. I like different positions every week because you get to play against different players and it's something different that I enjoy.
3) Who was your RL hero? I was a Wigan fan as a kid so in England I'd have to say Andy Farrell, in Australia I'd say Benji Marshall and Darren Lockyer.
4) What influence has Sheens and Watson had on your game this season? Sheensy and Watto are great coaches and people. This season they have given me confidence to play a bit more which is why I'm enjoying my rugby so much at the moment.
5) What area of your game would you like to improve? I think every part of my game has improvements. I think if you ever stop wanting to learn and Improve you should retire. I have areas in which I am better than others but I am far off being the complete player.
6) How did you find your short stint in Rugby Union? It was good, I enjoyed it. I made some great friends and it was something I needed too do. I have some great memories from such a short period of time. I'm glad I did it now whilst I'm young than when I'm older.
7) Do you feel you picked up any skills from your brief time in Rugby Union? I think Union has some very talented players and coaches. I feel I became more expressive when I went to Union because of the position I played. Skill wise, it is very similar and it let me develop the skills I learnt from being a kid in league.
8) With Salford sharing the stadium with Sale do you think that sharing of certain training methods and skills might be an advantage to either? Thinking mainly kicking skills where in RU kicks from hand go a much greater distance. Maybe I guess, but It's not really for me to decide!
9) With a number of youth team players breaking through in to the first team, which player stands out as a potential superstar in the making? There is a lot of great kids here which has impressed me since coming! Connor who played against Wigan at the weekend is a great young talent. Jake Bibby as well... he has played well when he has come into the first team. I enjoy having him as my Winger when I'm playing Centre.
10) Is the Doc really as eccentric in private as his public persona makes him out to be? Haha the doc's a good bloke! He just cares, which is a nice thing especially in such a tough sport!
11) How do attitudes and professionalism at smaller clubs like ours compare to those at top clubs like Saints? I'd say the attitude is quite similar. All clubs want to win and it's no different between Salford and St. Helens.
12) Do you have any pre-match routines / superstitions? Not really to be honest! Every week is quite different. At home I'd say I spent most of the day in bed and watching NRL and Super Rugby. They're the only things I do every week haha!

Cheers Alan.
Any chance of getting Watson or the Doc to do a Q&A? Mozza would be a good one also.

Cheers Alan. Any chance of getting Watson or the Doc to do a Q&A? Mozza would be a good one also. No probs! I've been trying to get the Doc on board ever since DevilTalk was started without success! Moz would be a good one but I don't have any contact info for him. I should have asked him last week at the open training day when I got a photo with the big man himself.

Isn't that what Mozza called you That's not a bad idea either asking ex players, know it's tricky but I'd love to get an interview with David Watkins and Young.
