Really pleased with this one. Without being extraordinary, Mossop has settled in really well and is the calibre of player we need to be retaining.
Gone are the days when players wanted to move on from Salford. That can only be a positive sign for the club moving forward.

Has signed a new 2 year contract. He could be seeing much more game time if Carney is out for a while. LINK

Happy for Josh that he's signed a contract extension. As things stand he's clearly 3rd choice Hooker but he's only young and will improve.
With Brinning seemingly susceptible to injury he'll get a decent amount of game time as the interchange for Tomkins.

Fairly happy with that, especially that its also a home draw.
Should be a tasty game!

I think it's going to be a hefty punishment irrespective of whether it was a racist comment or not.
If Ryan Bailey heard what was said you'd hope he would clarify it with the RFL disciplinary panel before the sentence is dished out.
Toronto's Jack Bussey has been given Grade B Strikes with elbow/forearm (EGP not available) and Bob Beswick given a caution for striking with his knee. A bit frustrating really as Toronto could afford to lose half their squad to disciplinary and still win by 50 points in their league.
Looks like Evalds is going to be featuring a lot more in the next few games.

Yes it's First Chop and the beer is named SALFORD REDLINK
"Salford Red. 4.6% Rich spicy red ale. Fruity and spicy with big hop flavours and a pleasant lingering bitterness. Dry hopped with Columbus. Maris Otter pale ale, low colour crystal, cara red and crystal malt. US west coast yeast. Wakatu, Chinook, Columbus and Cascade hops".

I was sat quite close to the incident and couldn't figure out what had happened. I know Ryan Bailey was in Carney's face just before the red card was shown. My assumption was that it was for dissent or some form of verbal abuse, but then I overheard some fans saying that it was for spitting.
The game itself was completely frustrating. I don't have a problem with teams being physical but when that physicality becomes plain ugly with intent to cause injury, the referee has to reign it back in and take control of the game. The referee today was absolutely abysmal from start to finish and deserved all the pelters he got from the fans.

Try removing all instances of Adobe Flash player and click here to get the latest version. See what happens. Have you tried accessing iPlayer or other flash-based websites using different Web Browers? For example, if you are using Internet Explorer, try accessing the same websites using Google Chrome, FireFox or Opera. See if this makes a difference. Make make/manufactuer is your laptop? The 'blue circle' near your mouse can be an issue if your laptop has a Biometric scanner. HP Simplepass is known to cause this. The best way to find out if you have a Biometric scanner is to go in to Device Manager (right-click on Computer, go to 'manage' and go to 'device manager'). If there are any Biometric Devices listed, just right click on them and choose 'disable'. Might also be worth updating your antivirus and running a full scan of your laptop. If you have anything such as CCleaner of Antimalwarebytes give these a run too. When you were told to update flash, was this from a 'dodgy' TV streaming site, or a legitimate website? You might have infected yourself if it was a link from a dodgy site. Another suggestion - if you've got System Restore turned on, you can 'roll-back' to a date prior to this problem occurring and this will fix the problem without removing your data/documents/pictures etc.

If Lee Gaskell was keeping him out of a very average Huddersfield team, that speaks volumes.
I hope he does well at Toronto but not against us on Sunday if he's eligible to play.
