In the BBC radio show last night I understand Beaumont was on and I was told a mate, MK rang in. About Salford he said
Watson can spend all the money coming in, including transfer fees etc
We are buying at least 3 high quality players
The club is in a good financial position and is getting other income streams, money from catering etc
Rob Lui not being sold
I didn't hear it so if anyone did, perhaps they can confirm
And Carnster ignores this thread so somebody might re- align it for him.

Nobody else to be sold
Trustees in place before end of October
He is working to put the Club in good shape
Thinks it will be better run without him
Sadly he feels the low attendance is due to I'm being in charge. Sadly those who continually have a go without knowing the facts have turned him away. Sadly he became dis-connected from the fans as a result.
Seems very sincere and from the heart. Worth listening to, especially the doubters.

I like you JJR, but your references to me in this particular thread baffle me to the point that I'm starting to question my own sanity and not yours. 
Sounds positive on the face of it, although I'll reserve judgement until I've seen the 'High quality players'.

Well as we're recruiting from the lower divisions Carnster, these must be from the Championship. Mind you lots of good players in there.
