David Gower has put said he'd be happy to do a Q&A in the future. He plays for Parramatta Eels now, but played for Salford in the 06-07 season.

What about: Richard Webster (currently "a" Welsh RU coach) Peter Williams Mick Coulman Eric Prescott as requested Kenny Gill Sean Rutgerson (believed to be involved in the USA team) Ian Sibbit John Cartwright (Sea Eagles?) (and maybe his team mate of the 1997 season, one Ian Watson)
If anyone is a medium .. I'll love to hear the views of Billy Brown on the modern game. (played 1895-break of 10 years -1918)
and we might get back a long "missed" fan if we ask Chris Charles (memories of Scarlet Turkey, a decade+ ago)

Kenny Gill does not watch the game now thinks its bobbins.

Really rated Gower at the time and looked like he had the potential to be a top player. Don't see much NRL but seems like he's had a pretty decent career since Salford.

Some great legends mentioned here. How about trying to get: Garry Jack Chris Hesketh (he still goes to a few games a season) Malcolm Alker Paul Highton Keith Fielding Steve Blakekely

I too spoke to Mike Coulman the other day...I shook his hand and thanked him for the memory`s, the reverse pass from Kenny Gill and him barn storming under the posts in front of the willows. Great Great players for Salford RLFC. Few mentions for Dave Watkins, but the team of the early 70`s is the one for me and the tries by Maurice Richards and the speed king Keith Fielding. Magical memories and if I`m gonna pick one...then David Watkins. Points machine and one of the best side steps in the game.

it would be great if the club could round them up for a `meet the great` at the stadium and not just to parade them around the ground, like the last game at the Willows v Catalans. It would be good for us and hopefully for them to share some of the stories and show how well they are still thought of from the Salford fans

I've also got Paul Highton lined up for a Q&A in a couple of weeks.

No, I take Phil Ford back and and suggest John Kear 'Director of Rugby' at a Wakey, with only one question:
'What did you feel like at the end of last Thursday's mauling by Salford you absolute sh*t?'
Got that one off my chest now, as Kear rarely has anything good to say about Salford.
