More proud.
Than I was tonight.
Impeccable silence.
The support was unequal.
The atmosphere was mindblowing.
Doc just get everyone back celebrating RL.
They I promise you will fall in love with Salford if we carry on in the same fashion.

And that's before we even talk about how good we were! What a performance, possibly the best of the season.
And with a big crowd there too (although apparently not as big as I thought).
top night, well played and well done to all involved

Stood waiting for the bus home and in a daze.
Amazing support, amazing performance... and proud to see Wire, Wigan, Leigh, Leeds fans etc standing side by side with us and paying a fitting tribute to those that have lost their lives. It's been a horrible week but tonight has shown what a great community RL has.
As for the players, I love every f*cking one of them. It must have been unbelievably tough to go out there and perform under those circumstances but they showed what a class bunch of men they are. We need to get those pics of the squad with the flag after the match going viral. I was dreading tonight but extremely proud of the club, players and fans for what they achieved.
And if it's true that Welham (#22) scored that try in the 22nd minute then someone is definitely looking down from above.
Lost for words.

Just watched the highlights.
Some serious RL.
Lui with some fine pace. Krasniqi with a sublime effort. Lannon in again. Jones and Evalds on fire. What a great performance. Every one of them deserves a pat on the back, as do the many supporters. This season is like a dream. Never in my life did I think I'd witness such a professional Salford as I do now. I don't want to wake up...

Lost for words. SalfordSlim I also believe that try made the score 22-0 as well. I took 16 of my Sons friends and parents and they all really enjoyed the game and atmosphere. Thanks, to the Doc, the staff and most especially the players we might have a few more potential fans. Also really nice to see a few neutral fans there too. What a great night full of different types of emotion It made me proud of the spirit of Manchester and Salford combined.. I can't remember a better night for a very long time, dare I say the cup win against Wigan 20+ years ago.

Every player last night was immense, all the ones mentioned above and what a solo try for young Brinning that hand off wow, hard to believe he was playing at York last season.
He had a quiet game for him but BMM has definitely got to be one of the front runners for a MoS nomination, if he keeps this up. Hasson also looked ok, needs a few games under his belt to settle in.
Really do hope they get Flash and Lui signed up, also love Watsons ethic no ones too big to straight in the team, Krasniqui keeping his starting spot and Flash hasnt come straight back in.

It's really difficult to pick one player from last night, and I can understand why welham won mom, but for me Greg Johnson was sensational last night. In attack and defence. Absolutely outstanding.

I agree gadger. That effort with 4 minutes remaining to push the Catalans winger in to touch was remarkable. The game was done and dusted but he put in so much effort to prevent the try. Awesome stuff.

Those highlights are seriously impressive, obviously thought we played well yesterday but didn't appreciate a couple of the bits of skill.
Brining, best buy of the season (maybe the Docs reign) this kid just has it, my fear is there will be people sniffing around him from further afield if he progresses as I think he will, what an incredible couple of hand offs in his try.
Lui, who'd have thought he had that much pace (and he did it without the obligatory jump in the air to beat a non existent defender).
Evalds, well Nial just has to play, his knack for being in the right place at the right time is pure gold, if we don't sign him up we'll lose 10+ trys per season.
Hason, looks like a cracking buy, big rangy forward who you'd guess can do big minutes each game.
CK, pure inspiration whenever he comes onto the field, one of the (if not the best) British props in Super League.
Krasniqi, said before we signed him he's a great squad player who is valuable for his ability to play front, back & loose. Must be doing something right if he can keep Flash out of the starting 13.
Johnson, I admit personally I'm not his biggest fan but in a rugby capacity he is playing out of his skin, might be a reach but when I see his turn of pace he reminds me of James Roberts from Brisbane.
Loved seeing Junior carrying the water and clearly helping gee players up after Catalan scored, for me this is something Carney should be doing.
Said the other day I wanted to see us do a job on someone and good God didn't we just do that, must have been a very emotional experience for all the players and staff involved but the club have done the supporters, city and region proud.
Thanks.

One downer from last night I just remembered I'm pretty sure at one point Dobson got hold of ref by touching him, just hope there's no come back from that.

Salford1961 - much as I was hoping welham's try really did make it 22-0, he got the 3rd. Just watched the highlights again to check Evalds made it 22-0 with the 4th try
I think if number 22 had scored in the 22nd minute to make it 22-0, it would have been too spooky.
But that's s tiny thing. What a night. I think it is the best rugby I have ever seen a Salford team play. Some of the handling was sublime. The way they moved the ball for Welham's try was incredible, we played better off the cuff stuff than we have before, Lui showed incredible pace, Johnson's chase and tackle with a couple of minutes left said everything. And I would have paid to enter just to see BMM's hand off and run that led to Flash's try. Fantastic
In the past whenever we had a big occasion like this with new people coming we would have folded on the pitch. But not this team.
The fantastic gesture by marwan and the club, the fans' and public's response and the team performance. A perfect night

If only Widnes had managed to hang on at Cas. But that might have been too much 😊
