Napa in the NRL was quality. Napa in SL, not so much.
If a club could get him back to how he was before SL then they'll have a bargain. Is he worth the punt?

But I think he’ll probably be out of our price bracket. I’d keep my money, if we have any, until we know what we might need as cover in mid season

I'd take Napa on a one year contract if funds permit, give him a chance to show his capabilities. I think that it is most likely he may go to Leigh with them losing Ferguson and Derek's ego/pockets.
