Sounds like Tevita Pangai Junior is about to find himself available, and we do seem to make a good home for wayward antipodeans of late.... Been reading into this, something stinks, stinks like a Leythers 5 day old undies.
World beater on his day but fishing around last week for a move then goes and gets his ears lowered in a biker gangs hairdressers (blue rinse biker boys ), low and behold Brisbane cut him loose for breaking Bat Flu protocols.
Nothing to see here move along.

You'd like to think that Salford could offer him a roof over his head, some wheels and a small contract, get the feeling he'd jump at it.
And as I said would be good to see him play alongside Joey.

From what I’d read i thought he must have committed some terrible violent crime but turns out he’s been to a barbers A little bit more to it than that, although it still seems a little harsh. Apparently he has big mates attached to a biker gang. For context, biker gangs in Australia are not like the real ale enthusiasts who like to take country rides like over here. They're notorious in Australia for organised crime, drugs, and worse. Australian police were using surveillance in an operation against this gang when Pangai turned up, and it was them that alerted the NRL. While he seems to be guilty by association there may be more to it than we're aware of. His gang ties may have cropped-up previously or maybe something else. I'm sure there's more to it than just visiting a barbers.

On watch NRL the pundits were bemoaning (great word) the fact that Oz had become a dobbers culture and blamed t'interweb for creating the means.
Also feel he's a candidate for signing over here but he's also just as likely to do a Joel Moonlit!

Perhaps he was meeting the new investors for Toronto

Perhaps he was meeting the new investors for Toronto It does sound like some real monies are involved in the takeover and there'll need to be but I'm not sure of the point in investing in the greatest game with the poorest marketing strategy, the weakest professional development of any sport and the worst inwards and backwards outlook in the entire universe.

"biker gangs in Australia are not like the real ale enthusiasts who like to take country rides like over here": most I know drink coffee. And I would not like to be on their wrong side.

The NRL allege that he has breached the protocols several times. He has also consistently acted like a bellend for Brisbane — look at his disciplinary record. Unfortunately despite being a very talented young prospect it seems a lack of strong leadership at the Broncos has led to him getting ahead of himself. The Broncos need a good clear out anyway.

" ....consistently acted like a bellend ..." So he is a Joel Moon clone then I did wonder!

Not a rumour about a current or future player of ours but apparently former player Adam Lawton may be leaving Newcastle and joining Ottawa
Adam always seemed like a nice lad. Hope he makes a success of it

Hope he makes a success of it He certainly has the potential to do very well. I thought he would do far better with us but he clearly didn’t impress Watson. No idea why
