I'd scrap golden point.
Or maybe keep it, and award both teams a point at fulltime and if one team wins extra time they get a further point.

I would like to see the a qualifiers and million pound game style for the teams who finish in top 6 or 8 depending on how many in league all teams are on 0 points and fight it out to get to grand final I think that’s what’s needed for the game The way to be more inclusive and to give some energy to teams who finish 7-12 would be to run a Secondary or Plate Comp for those teams…with the same format as the Top 6 ….and play it before the Grand Final…keeps all teams interested throughout the whole season

I would like a joint bus stop for the 67 and 100 buses nearer the ground with appropriate pathway provided. Extra car park entrance/exit to be made. Also make car park cheaper. Car Park to be used as a park and ride scheme for Man Utd home matches, could be a useful income. To engage with local community more but insist on no freebies. If I say anymore I may be classed as racist(which I am not) so I will leave it at that. If they require someone with a sweeping brush to clean the terracing for free , I am availible as I have now retired.

Can't say I blame you, though "they do have a natural sense of rhythmn, keep the buses going and win Olympic gold medals"

Oh dear oh dear.
Ground- Ultimately it has to the Metrolink extension and finishing off the road from Stadium car park to the by pass. (The latter would substantially quicken car access/exit)
But in the nearer future, how about Ground naming (££££), and everything that moves sponsored from the toilets to the posts and beyond (££££)
Name the stadium the ‘William Webb’ with a statute of yer man outside. (It’s not just their history)
Significantly reduce the car parking fees for SRD games. Yup park and ride for MUFC games (££££)
Build a joint bus stop on the Liverpool Road for both services.
Add a seating stand to the training ground.
Inside a general clean up. Put a TV camera bay in the East stands so it looks over the ‘Main’ West stand.
The Game- Somehow the shamateurism of the RFL needs to end. You know it’s parochialism, favouritism, cronyism and short term thinking.
I’d get the NRL on board. For starters. Create regional elite academies and save monies (££££). Have joint media, promotion, ticketing, merchandise contracts. Support grassroots and non SL rugby better. Professionalise more Refereeing as it’s dreadful and FFS have one world set of Laws.
I’m hungry so I will leave it here.🤷🏻♂️

Yeah I feel the same the staff or standards just isn’t up to it plus I would like too see the club have great connections with college and uni help bring those local people get into the world of sports and media Expanding on this I think we should promote around the unis and offer student tickets with looking at a bus to pick up and take that to uni plus bring back Salford uni vs Manchester uni they are great nights plus it has massive potential

In terms of the game as a whole I would increase Super League to 14 clubs and get rid of the loop fixtures. Playing Wigan and St.Helens at home or a local derby should be a one off game each season and make it a unique occasion. Now, it's we will be playing them again in a month or two so people are not excited to go.
In terms of League structures, I would keep promotion and relegation. Jeopardy is part of sport and once you take what happens on the pitch out of the equation, you cease to have a sport. What I would do is introduce the same grading system non league football has. They have strict criteria around facilities and club operations, with expectation increasing the higher you go. However, a team can still be promoted but is given until the end of March, the following season to reach the grade for the level they are at. If they don't then they are relegated. It rarely happens as clubs know and plan ahead, sometimes seasons in advance. developing their facilties and building their teams so that when they get up, there is little they need to do but if there is, say a new stand or floodlights, by getting to the higher level the funding options increase. All in it is a better way to develop clubs and encourage/ manage investment on and off the pitch.
I would also like Football, introduce a pyramid so that amateur clubs have a path way up the League ladder. Again, the above structure would give them clear guidance on what is needed to develop.
I would also change the transfer system so that players can only be bought and sold at the end of the season. Promoted clubs are always at a disadvantage at present as all the best players have been snapped up. By changing it, there would need be to a transition period, there would be equal opportunity for all.
I would also scrap Golden Point in League fixtures.

Brilliant ideas pretty much same thoughts Increase league face teams 1 home and 1 away with a magic weekend game as well Top 6 or 8 have a comp to get to final all teams are at 0 points and fight to finial Other teams have a relegation play off or some sort play off games to decide on who starts the season off next year maybe
Have a war of roses or 9s county competition mid season with at least 3 international games mid season
Transfer window at end of season so those who get promoted have a chance of signing players to stay up or promoted teams gets years grace
Different sponsors for all leagues and more sponsors and games for lower leagues shown on tv
Also needs to be more excitement and more to play for in all leagues and make it easier for clubs to join the league structure I would definitely look at a team from Scotland Ireland and I would sign a top notch sports consultant as sponsor to help all clubs specially the expansion teams like London and Cumbria and midlands

So after yesterday’s baffling refereeing from all how can the match official department be improved because it is literally that bad I’m still confused as to the Ryan try he asked to see the grounding which says he’s happy to continue but gives no try
I do believe either the match referee or video referee should make an announcement to the stadium like they do in NFL
Does anyone know if the club can get the recordings from the refs mic be very interesting to know what’s said
