Why does sky always go on coaches or replay the last action while the game is still being played, meaning you miss half the action. Why can't they have a small screen in the corner like Aussies do.

Spot on, there are far too many incursions into the game's drama and looking at coaches for reaction and to be honest coaches belong on prematch and post-match interviews and the training paddock so even a small screen is an intrusion too far, especially as most of the time they don't even show their emotions and feelings!

They do it with football as well. It is very annoying as you can tell from the crowd noise that something is happening on the pitch that we should be watching.

Well a massive thank you to Sky for absolutely ruining rugby league coverage with the new Sky Sports + app. Yes they promised coverage of every game, but with the other hand they take away the ability to record matches and watch them later. Just feels like RL is being pushed into the background. It’s a complete joke that Sky has dedicated channels for golf, tennis, nfl and F1 but we are placed into a multi layered app.

It’s a complete joke that Sky has dedicated channels for golf, tennis, nfl and F1 but we are placed into a multi layered app. Yes this is the pits and illustrates how poor Sky has become, and how the IMG set up is complete nonsense.
As far as I can tell it wasn't available at all on Sky Go.
So this might be a case of Sky Went.
The picture was a bit poor, it stuttered, managed to go blurred and turn itself off at one point and was difficult to find and to find information about. And at half time we had silence and so all in all I'd return to Micron Videos if they were still active.
It was a bit like all the silly promise of brexit but with even worse outcomes, all at no extra cost! I can't imagine why.

Tune in to Channel 412. Press the red button to select your match. A Back up is on www.bet365.com - click `In Play` once the match has started - go to Rugby League - click the match you want then to enlarge the screen by clicking the square box bottom right. One other alternative is to download nowtv and again scroll to the match you want. Personally as one who cannot travel too far to watch the lads I am very grateful for the Sky coverage. Oh - message to Russ - I voted for Brexit and pleased I did. Good luck

I too have always been grateful to Sky and only to willing to draw people's attention to the difference in cost to go to all the matches you fancy seeing. But that doesn't mean you have to put up with any old rubbish.
Speaking of which:
As for Brexit, I said from the start that leave would win and some of the reactions were a picture; I also know the tragedy it's proven to be but being democratic means you get the results you don't want sometimes. But as an aside would you buy a used car off any of the Brexit politicians? And they're mostly the same people who have made sure our 5 year olds are a cm shorter than they should be, just to get everything in perspective.

Democracy what a v strange word in our political system…one third of the votes, two third representation for one party at the mo
2010; UKIP + BNP , toal votes about 1,4M +, but not a single seat…SNP, Plaid Cymri, Sein Fein etc all minority parties with few votes but many seats
There we are Russ…fire away😉😉

But Sky can'tjust change the rules of the subscription disguised as an improvement after all they're not the Tory party or any kind of swine abuser !

Oh - message to Russ - I voted for Brexit and pleased I did. Good luck So, by voting for Brexit, you condemned a younger generation to not being able to work for a short time in the EU or longer without having to apply for a visa. Are you also okay with having to queue longer at airports in certain parts of Europe—Northern Europe, for example? I assume your travel to EU countries is to Mediterranean ones, where you have no interaction with the local culture whatsoever. Imagine voting to leave the world's biggest trading bloc. The luckiest British people in 2024 are the ones who have relatives from EU countries. Like myself, the thought of coming back to live in the UK becomes less appealing month by month.

I have to say I enjoy a good political debate but I don't think this is the place and my feeling is that most people haven't got the fogiest, evidence is irrelevant and the truth even more so.
Even though this started because of something I wrote I think we should end it there and remember why we're here SRD!
