As good as this oli has been I donβt think we will miss him
Shorrocks goes to 13 and I think Lewis is more of a 13 then a prop young Wilson aswell

I've just looked through Sky TV listings and there's not one replay of our game being shown all weekend yet all the other SL games seem to have at least 1 replay scheduled.π Will just have to rewatch when it comes onto RDTV I guess which will probably be Monday. Not got much to add on everything that's been said really about last night. There's another total meltdown on the Wire board today which is always amusing to see.π I think our fan turnout was slightly poor though last night, which was the only minor negative. Personally, I prefer away games to home ones as the atmosphere is generally brilliant, win or lose. Appreciate that it's extra cost for folk on top of season tickets etc and there are various other factors (family/mobility etc) to take into account but you just can't beat an away win at a local rivals ground and the joy of their fans wandering out after 55-60 minutes.π Really need fans to turn up in their droves for Saints match next week. The players deserve a cracking atmosphere after that performance. Hopefully we get decent weather as well to entice a few armchair fans out of the house.π€ It was on Sky this morning about 7amβ¦I watched it (again)

This was the best performance of the season in terms of defending, Cross looked like a winger, Ryan at last showed elements of his attacking capability and Hank was solid at 1. I'd really like to see him stay there and Brierley go to 6 as Atkin is limited in his contribution at Stand Half, it is our weak point. The forwards were solid and defended well plus we had our centers causing havoc.
Agree with the point on the fans Salford Slim.

Perhaps it was a good idea after all to secure Stone for another couple of seasonsπ

IMO in hindsight, having seen the video, heard from my mates who went, the result was hugely satisfying.
And I mean in additional to the score, it is the performance that earns its merits.
Defensively the team played firm and disciplined.
Offensively it was orchestrated by Sneyd, endeavoured by a welcoming return to form by Ryan and Cross. Nene and Lafai continue with quality. Mellor seems to be a well deserved shoe in.
The pack stood up, whilst still the element that needs to be enhanced, it seems the fresh vibrancy of Lewis and Wilson helped. Stone improves as the season continues. helped.
Big shout for Hankinson who slot in at full back gives the team another dimension.
In all excellent. Room to be flexible and optimistic.

Looks like something on the advertising boards was of more interest to him than the game!
