Some week WR…it’s hard enough for the coaching staff…losing two forwards, being positive in leaving the new guy behind ..now this MTR you’ll probably get your wish…Greenwood prop But don’t back against Rowley I’m with WRD fuming piss poor planning and preparation only leads to poor performance. Some difficult questions need asking next Friday like what the hell is going on selling players and missing standard checks and balances before a key game. I’ll start with do you have a plan and why sell Tyler ?? |

What’s with next Friday ? Start by asking th3m why they h@vent raised sufficient funds in the time they’ve been there…of cours3 th3 fans don’t turn up in th3 numbers they want..marketing…not a clue…but their responsibility…own it.

Shall we calm down with the nonsense that nobody actually knows. This isn't point scoring. Can we have a little more balance with our views on here rather than the ejaculation of emotion that comes from both sides?
Can we also cut the insinuation with selective language that we all know happens also. Little digs at each other just provoke more sh1te.
Be civil. be kind. Make your arguments with this in mind and the rest of us don't need to read all the same spaff over multiple threads.
It's getting a little tiring now...

I'm not sure what Longstaff did wrong and why we wouldn't have wanted to keep him around. I thought he was okay but hopefully we have a replacement lined up. I can't understand why we wouldn't take Singleton, it's not like he's coming in to play scrum half and lead the team around. His job is to run hard, have a high work rate and tackle well. The King situation it shambolic. Situations like this are embarrassing.
I'm not going to get into other things as I've had my say on those and the slow or no movement. Let's see where we are off the field in 12 months.

The majority in the Queen Vic bar that was showing St Helens V Leeds seemed to think either we would get hammered Or Win bt 20. Definitely nothing to do with the many pints of piss poor San Miguel or cans of Kopperberg.

Well guys really envious, this’ll be a match to remember, one way or another…if they come out of this with a win it’ll be brilliant…would love to be there…hopefully we’ll be at our best now we’re down on troops…it’ll be good to see who stands up to be counted and will really test Ormondroyd and Greenwood; they can make a name for themselves today

Yes it's got a big screen but the booze is rank and it smells of piss outside (definite drains issue). Typical Brits abroad though, head for the first English bar.😂 So many more nice little local bars to head to as I've been checking out this week. Anyway a few things as I finish my 2nd coffee of game day breakfast... 1) Lafai isn't in the match day list What have I missed? Did he go off against Leigh injured? My memory is awful! 2) "Club aren't keeping us informed of anything and as an owner I demand to know everything" comments Ok I wish we had the odd bit of Comms just giving us a vague idea of what's going on. Something along the lines of "we are currently working on recruitment and the backroom staff are also working on corporate/fan engagement groups etc etc". Fans asking to see all the accounts etc is nonsense. Also I've read comments on here saying that we're not consulted about signings/selling of players etc. What planet are some people on?😂 Do we want to be like Crawley FC where fans get to vote on signings? Christ on a bike, that's a dangerous road to go down considering most of our fans couldn't run a piss up in a brewery (I'll include myself in that!)😁 3) Give the board some time. The fan ownership launch night was great. So much positivity in the room and now we have a few defeats it's turned a full 180 and fans are calling for heads to roll. This isn't an overnight project. If we miss out on the 6 to put us in a stronger position for next year then so be it. Our long-term future is the bigger picture here. 4) Just to satisfy those that say I defend the club too much I'll agree that the King visa situation is unacceptable. Very poor by whoever it is who is charge of that side of things although this has happened to far bigger clubs than Salford in the past so we aren't the first and won't be the last. It can't happen again though. 5) Let's not give these tinpot RL "Journos" any more ammo eh? Some of the links posted on here just feel like constant digs at the the club and they're quite frankly disgraceful with minimal justification. I'm sure every club has multiple players not signed up for next year etc but I can't see them being hammered for it. Salford always seem fair game and it's very clear a lot of people don't want us in SL. But we deserve to be here 100% and we need to get behind the team.and the club. RL "Journos" probably read this site and any ounce of negativity will be picked up on so they can run yet another of their fairytale stories. Don't feed the troll. Right time for a couple of hours of sun before the coach arrives. Bring on the Salford!!!👹👹👹 |

Spot on Slim, couldn’t agree more. Ignore the noise with no substance work on the basis of the facts we know. Just because you’ve chucked a few quid in doesn’t mean you’re entitled to know everything that’s going on.
Lafai has just had a baby yesterday, well his mrs has, hence his no show. Sack the board!!
