HKR at home is a winnable start and I just hope we can get a reasonable crowd in (get some offers out for kids/schools etc). Not ideal with it being on Sky or a Thu night but let's all see if we can bring a newbie and swell the crowd.
Leigh away in R2 will be tasty and the V1/V2 buses will be doing a roaring trade.
Leopard face paint and attire anyone to rip the pi$$ out of the Leythers?π

I think it's all very well the bookies sorting out their odds based on last year because the dominant sides will more or less always win given RL's rules. Making prections about which will be wins is a bit more precarious given all the variables involved. New coaches and recruitment can make all the difference between success and failure.
Also someone at Sky seems to think about how entertaining/televisual Rowleyball is 3 times in the first part of the season is unheard of I think?

On sky got the first 3 rounds! Weβre the new Leeds π
If we play like we did at end of this season I reckon we should win 9 of our first 10. Only Wigan away to worry about π
But seriously. Leigh will be so pumped up for that first game but our ex-leigh coaches and players will have a point to prove too. KR did a number on us this year so will be a tough one. And Warrington will be a very different proposition this year. Massive pack for one thing
So the old cliche is right - no easy games

So Catalan and Wakefield are our home loop fixtures that wnt improve our attendance like a saints or Wigan would have done!looks like Sunday is the chosen day for home games

The worst time to play a promoted team is in the first round when it's still like a cup tie for them and there's still optimism on the terraces.

Iβve always thought for home games Sunday until May as people want to get out and the traffic isnβt too bad Friday after May as people want to do other things on a Sunday
Wonder also why we dont try Saturday say 5/6 evening as they do on th3 Continent
