This point should've been in the previous post. At least the WC has blown away the nonsense of NRL refs being so much better.

The thing is, if Sneyd is not good enough to play against quality sides he shouldn't be there wasting his time and the team's. I think Williams form has won over a few pundits which is fair enough but that was mostly against the same opposition as Sneyd. Even the win in the first match seems to have depended on the opposition being out of sorts. There's little doubt that the Panthers lessons of the past two years have been learnt and put into practice by Oz, NZ and Tonga. You are very unlikely to defeat this without a kicking strategy in your armoury. What odds are the bookies giving for an all NRL final? I agree with lots of that Russ. I think Sneyd is one of the three best half backs available to England. Iβd probably put Lomax ahead of Sneyd but heβs not fit. So he is there on merit. But if the three are fit I would edge towards the two Wβs for their defence and pace. But not lots in it and there are pros and cons for each

England's women looked capable today even though it was against Brazil.

I've got them to win it, so fingers crossed, need improve on conversions, could prove costly in other tight games

Totally agree, much the better game, but would think England will have too much for both of them

I've watched wheelchair RL for a while and it is most evident in its improvement over a short period of time. The match last night was fantastic. Full of skill, physicality and excitement. If you do anything this world cup, give these guys your time. You wont be disappointed.

Saw a few fans around Westfield and the West Ham ground as I was leaving work last night. I should have booked tickets for it as the Copperbox is only about a 10-minute walk from the office

All the World cups have provided entertainment and the wheelchair gets better and better.
All we need is a touch and students WC at the same time and we'll have a full house.

Wheelchair game very fast, physical, skillful and entertaining. Still think my favourite moment in the World Cups so day, is the try by Wales number 1 in the PDRL third/fourth playoff. Playing with just his left arm, takes a pass, pops the ball into his right boot, chips over defensive line, collects it in the bounce and rounds a couple if defenders. Absolutely brilliant.

Just watched French v Wales very intriguing game, France amazing interviews brilliant too.
Beeb have done a great job which they haven't always been guilty of, and RL now looks the most inclusive of sports.
The idea and response to the sport is interesting because above all wheelchair RL is RL.
What has always been sad for RL is that kind of reaction & outcome has never been realised for the game outside the sport and it may wheelchair that breaks the barriers rather than IMG.

This is hard for me, as a dyed in the wool republican but how great to see a royal at a TGG event.
