Kendall doesn’t spend enough time looking at a video call and makes a town halls of it. Disgrace as he didn’t spend enough time looking at it. Should be dropped forever off the International Panel; he had all the time, angles, resources and didn’t use any of them properly. Just not up to it and let NZ down. And we keep saying he’s our best ref😩 Blaming Kendall out of all the poor ref decisions in this world cup is a bit heavy JJR. Oz refs for both semis gimme a break!
In any case that's it then till the next one in 3 years time.

Great game from Tim Lafai today but thought Kallum had an absolute nightmare.

Watched Kallum, looked like he's picked up a shoulder injury, so was off for the latter end of the game, hope it's nothing too serious

Hope our lads are ok after that.
For me it's time for Wane to go, he needs to focus on Wigan. His bias to players past their best is shocking, Tomkins has done very little this tournament and should not have been captain - that's Radley, Mickey Mac should be nowhere near the team ahead of Ackers or Leeming. To sacrifice a spine of Welsby / Williams / Syned and Ackers is a disgrace for his Wigan old boys inclusion - I say this not as a Salford fan but a Rugby League fan. In the end Williams carried England's attack which lacked structure. A winnable game has slipped out of reach and that is on Wane with his team selection.

Best team won. We had no leader. Even think Sneyd would have organised better. We’ve got half a good team and Welsby a full back not a stand off. Got to be th3 end of Tomkins, Mcillorum, Watkins, Cooper, Hall, Hill, Bateman. Can’t keep playing guys past their best who’re there just for their defence. Even Sneyd and Ackers would have got them round the field Tim far too good for Kallum
Team for a start:
Welsby Makinson Percival Farnworth Young Williams Lomax Burgess Radley Thomson Whitehead Mcmeeken Knowles Sub Walmsley, Leeming, Oledzski, Batchelor.

This is RL at the top level and for me the Oz refs are way ahead of anything we have to offer; all the pundits seem to agree For Kendall to make a crucial decision like that with all the technology available was a disgrace. Could/ Would have cost NZ a place in the Final; he reacts unlike Oz refs who take time and consider When he last went over with a GB team he was lost, video ref having to help him, and got dropped. Headless chicken at the mo What impresses me about Oz refs is that stand outside the minutiae and try to keep play flowing. Ours are constantly nit picking and often getting it wrong Just my view Russ

Great game from Tim Lafai today but thought Kallum had an absolute nightmare. Don't like writing players off, but think Kallum future is in second row for us. Or put another way England made wrong selection today. Not just centre, how good was attack from dummy half! Hope I'm proved wrong and our new second rows prove world beaters, Sad but all players have a shelf life, just hope next year we can send them off with a trophy. Would have been great to see ET leave as Grand Final winner. I know early in season so still optimistic, but having said that probably best couple of years recently we have started pants but hit form at right time of year.

Nowt to do with Wane's selections or coaching. Simply down to game management and judgement. Ackers inclusion would have had no impact ..... the brain farts out wide kept doing for England. Poor defence limited the attacking minutes. But .... what a fantastic spectacle that was. Almost as good as the 1st semi final

Imagine if they'd had a real one.
No opinion is rubbish just not what you agree with.
I also think England were simply trying too hard and all too aware of the importance of the game which is never a good recipe for success.
