The man in the middle will be the one to watch, once saints fans get there back up can see him feeling pressure and giving them decisions they don't deserve Don't make excuses already. The team on the pitch will be the ones who win or lose the match. Blaming official is a cop out and moves accountability away from players. There the ones who do the great plays or miss the tackles.

4th Sub is interesting will he go for Bourouh or Livett? Guessing Livett offers the most flexibility.
Club also said we've around 500-600 tickets in the East Stand left, if we fill that stand Saints may give us more tickets in another stand.

I’d go with Livett I think - it does give us more flexibility
Rowley just said in the pre match presser that he’s not sure if he’s going with Atkin yet (devil in the detail podcast interview). Looking at the squad it’s hard to see too many other options
Should be a cracking atmosphere on Saturday too

Wonder if a decent alternative to Atkin would be Brierley at 6 in attack and Livett there in defence. Would allow us to keep Atkin as an impact utility which has worked really effectively in last few months.

Not a chance Brierley moves to stand off, we have no cover at 1 with Sarge and Escare not in the 21.

No Sarge, so that puts that to bed. Livett or Borough, I think livett gets the shout as can play So, centre, Sr and LF so similar to atkin in that he can be the utility bench player. Plus he's a goal kicker if needed. For every makinson and percival, there's a burgess and cross. If either of them get in space they aren't going to catch them

Percival is a great player but he's coming back from months out injured, they may put him on the wing. Shut down Lomax and rat boy Welsby (And his mouth) that is half the battle with Saints. Big Al is a huge loss he is their impetus, we need to move the ball and try and tire their forwards out.

Lafai v Hurrell. Can't wait to see that one! Be stunned if they allowed that matchup again, can see them putting Matautia on his side instead.

Think Saints weakness is at half back Welsby not a half back and Lomax has been playing with an injury for 3 months Makinson a big threat; forwards seem to match up now
Livett played stand off against Warrington…man of the match but not good. Think he could get the bench spot for his versatility …forward centre stand off

I don't want to put a downer on things, but does anyone know the last time we won at Saints? Has anyone on here actually seen it happen?
