Jai Field has won the RL Writers award. He got 61% of the vote Brodie Croft came second with 22% of votes Hoping that's not an omen for MOS. I may be a tad bias but Brodie should win hands down! |

I think Field will win it. He had lots of points from early in the season and suspect he will have picked up a few ones and twos since the scores went private. I think Croft has been the best player in comp since about July but probably had too much ground to make up by then
But it’s very impressive that a team finishing 6th includes someone who’s many peoples best player and ‘officially’ 1st/2nd best over the whole season depending on the award. So we shouldn’t be too disheartened

Well deserved, croft has been outstanding this season and majorly contributed to our upturn in form and the fantastic second half of the season we had. I still maintain we would have beaten saints with him in our side which goes to show how important he has become for us. Congratulations Brodie, one more season please pal!
