Forgot my favourite bit - When Lolohea messed up by passing in to touch, Sneyd turned around and pointed at him saying “You’re the man!” 😂😂 Just finished watching the C4 coverage and saw Sneydy say that but couldn't see who he said it to TBH, I assumed he was talking to one of our defenders. Fair play if it was aimed at Tui though.😂 My fave was Hicks when he was about to bin Brierley. He calls the captain's over, Greenwood walks across and starts speaking and Hicks says "go away mate" not realising that Greenwood was the captain. He then has to ask him if he's the captain.🤦♂️😂 |

Watson, Lolohea, Fages, Jones, Ikahihifo, Yates all left for glory ( and a little more money); Who would we have back? And McQueen in the Dream Team and not Watkins….umm Seb was a Hudds player on loan to us remember so doesn't really deserve to be in that group. He was great in a Salford shirt so they recalled him for the remainder of his contract. AFAIK he's now surplus to requirements at Hudds so I'd have him back in a heartbeat, I think he'd love to play under Rowley and he was their best forward yesterday. Fair comment but now of course they’re apparently getting two more for next year Livett and Bibby. Salford A Team |

Kyle Amor comes over well Really like Amor but yesterday he started almost every sentence with ‘it certainly is’. It was really grinding my gears after a while 😂 Watched both C4 and Sky contests last night (I know how sad that is). Have to say there wasn’t as big a gap in quality as I expected. But the main commentator on sky spends a lot more time talking about things not do with the actual game he misses half of it |

Looking at the player stats it’s interesting that Hudds highest tacklers were their half backs - Fages with 37 and Owen with 35. Next highest was Jones with 31. No one else over 30
Not sure if Owen went to hooker after Levy went off but shows how much we targeted their edges and I wonder if it was a deliberate ploy to tire out Fages in particular

Yates was possibly targeted, he was at fault with both the Croft and Ackers breaks which led to second and last try’s.
Surprisingly Yates and Jones were non existent in attack.
