What a performance, truly believe if we repeat that next week we win. Croft will be a big miss but Atkin hasn’t let us down. Keep Brodie fit for the final 😉

Great win. Great atmosphere in our end. Keeping any team to nil is a great achievement. To do it away from home, in a playoff if phenomenal.

It’s a big blow but shouldn’t take away from how massive a performance that was today. Just incredible stuff

Just incredible stuff The defence was sensational All the talk recently in the media has been about our free flowing attack. As you say our defence today was tremendous. After a team performance like that, it is difficult to point out individuals but, one of Huddersfield’s main threats is McQueen who was nullified by a tackling masterclass from Taylor. As the old song says, “you don’t know what you’ve got ‘till it’s gone”. He will be a massively missed next year. |

Thought that Watkins and Taylor in defence were outstanding having watched it back especially first half. Ackers just gets better with every game surely Englands best hooker with Leeming. Hudds are nothing special, we blew them away first half - shame about Croft, Russell had no need to run into a player on the floor. Anyhow we move forward to next week with momentum.

And McQueen in the Dream Team and not Watkins….umm Seb was a Hudds player on loan to us remember so doesn't really deserve to be in that group. He was great in a Salford shirt so they recalled him for the remainder of his contract. AFAIK he's now surplus to requirements at Hudds so I'd have him back in a heartbeat, I think he'd love to play under Rowley and he was their best forward yesterday. |
