I think Hellewell is a 2nd rower? Hellewell plays either centre or 2nd row (probably more the latter these days), he's a bit of a "tweener" in that respect, not quite as powerful as you'd like from a back row, not quite as speedy/elusive as you'd like from a centre. Solid player, won't let you down, being kept out at Fev by Craig Hall and Joey Leilua at centre and by Junior Moors/Jack Bussey/John Davies at back row so it's not like he's been dropped for poor play etc. |

Well I will expand by saying we are reaching desperate stakes regarding money even to the point of paying wages and croft is interesting hull, he wnt be marquee because he's not marquee here I am hearing that if the right fee came then club would have to seriously look at it for the future of the club!

Of course they would. It can't be a surprise to you that Salford are a selling club. We have been for decades and thankfully we have bleasey and coach who seem to be able to spot a player so if he goes I trust them to replace effectively. |

Croft will be interesting every team here and over in Aus. From what I’ve heard he’s likely to be heading back to Aus as his wife wants to go back now after her mum passed away which was on of the main reasons he came in the first place.

Could have mileage sadly if Hull - as Hodgson & Purtill were here at the last match v Wakey - mind you they have signed Jack Walker until season end AND Connor coming back next month. |

Well I think this is how certain people at the top are feeling right now! There trying there hardest and there having sleepless nights worrying bout money! Koucash may have gone about the wrong way with manchester thing but he was, spot on we dnt get enough interest from salford public!

LHRed, you are correct about Mr King being open to ideas for the benefit of the club, I have always found him very approachable. What I do find confusing however is this.... You purport the club is having financial issues?? Yet if this is the case why did the club delay the launch of the fundraiser 150 Club? In addition the Crowds have been better this year which I appreciate is against a backdrop of maybe spending more on this seasons salary cap. |

I dnt know about the 150 club but regarding attendances they look OK but delve deeper and you have had 3 matches with kids coming free including this one we have had an armed forces match and also catalan and toulouse the paying attendance is not great and we need more than 3000 paying! I have it on good authority that if we got 5000 average we would have an extra 300,000pound a year!

Burke, Taylor, Addy, Lannon, Watkins, Burgess and Hellewell all in, no Costello or Livett or Dupree; obviously not sure how many are fully fit. Costello at Barrow so probably most will be fit
Garcia out as are another six from Catalan but Kasiano and Dudson in
