I thought in the pre season games Akuola not up to it and today confirmed it; doesn’t get very involved King and zBurke impressive tho Lannon ormondroyd Johnson next week over akuola I think. Does not do anything much at all . |

Several people have said there were no away fans today, I was sat in the West stand and there must have been at least 30 Toulouse fans, one had a drum, there singing was shocking but they seemed a happy crew.

Did anyone see the high late hit on Ryan Brierley that was not even put on report?? It looked to me like a sin bin offence.
I cannot believe that other incidents like the tackle on Welsby v Hull get 10 mins yet a high shot on our player goes unpunished. The inconsistency is unreal here, and that is just one example.
Interested to see what other fans thought on that late tackle.

Some kid managed to sneak a drum into South stand as well yesterday.🙄 It's bad enough having to put up with that rubbish at away matches without having our very own Ringo Starr at the AJ Bell!😫 |

Joseph Paulo has received a 2 match ban. Not sure if that is for the late hit on Brierley

I remember Brieley being hit but don’t think I saw the incident. I thought Faraimo’s one at Cas was a shocker but when I watched it back it wasn’t as bad as it thought. I’ll have a look for the one on Brierly when I watch the game back Can’t see the detail yet but Paulo up on two charges and Lloyd White on one. A number of Toulouse and salford players have had incidents reviewed with no charge resulting Think the hearings are usually on Tuesday aren’t they? www.rugby-league.com/governance/rules-and-regulations/disciplinary/disciplinary-casesEdit - just seen that Paulo got 2 matches for one charge and 0 matches for other. White got 0 matches for his charge too. Still not seen detail though |

Just watched it back. It was a nasty hit by Paulo on Brierley, at least very clumsy. I remembered it when I saw it. Thought Paulo was lucky not to be binned at the time. Deserved his 2 match ban.
Paulo’s other charge was for another late contact with Brierley about 10 minutes earlier but I think the panel were right that there wasn’t much in that one.

In those conditions as well. Think it was when Sneyd kicked through from his own half and Budgie came from nowhere to regather the ball.
