I watched Leeds and commentator kept praising their Defence; seemed off side at each tackle, the two never lined up, they kept lying on and extras coming in and the reserve hooker seemed to want to be back playing for Warrington, he was that ‘quick’ from the line.And I can’t remember a penalty against them. Of course, Kendall again, who I seem to remember was stopped from reffing internationals overseas as he completely lost it To me the 10m at the ptb is the most important part of the game and generally not policed properly. And Wigan, Leeds and St Helens play about 7/8 Yes Thaler in our semi against Wigan made the game an equal contest with his reffing. Kendall in comparison dire. As has been said on here many many times, the Oz refs are in a different class Absolutely spot on, it's one part of the game that really irks me. I remember the GF and saints were barely 6/7m every ptb, I'm not having it they are that quick. It's cheating as it stifles the other team and hope it's clamped down this year.. |

Atkin and Williams in and Costello and Jihnson out I think is the only change
Poor old Toulouse have their two star players missing and 4/5 forwards out.
But the weather will play the main part by the looks of it. Will the game be on?

Well after three days down South and stuck in London overnight, now back on a train north I am really looking forward to this game.
As awesome as Cross has been I would like to see Sarge get a game, I suspect Aktin will be used an impact hooker off the bench.
If we play to our potential and defend like last week it is a win, hope the crowd is decent too.

Just watching Hull v Saints game, kicks along the ground near the line, deadly,as you’d expect. So Sneyd should be in his element timorrow
(Kendall still allowing Saints the 7 yard rule at the ptb and first time I’ve seen an RL player sent off for showing his studs.)

Someone pointed out on the 5 Live podcast that if we win today that is pretty much us safe from relegation. I would tend to agree, I can’t see Toulouse winning more than 1 game (famous last words I know, but think they will struggle)

It’s almost impossible for a promoted team to compete these days. But I reckon they might win 2 or 3 games at home. Some teams will have to leave players at home who aren’t vaccinated and there will the odd injury ravaged team that doesn’t travel well |

A ‘must win’ today for sure, but after beating Cass and seeing their performance on the TV, reasons to be cheerful 👍🏻 Got to work today though, anyone know of a radio link? Not on the BBC it seems…. 😒

Radio Manchester usually have somebody there and I assume whenever there’s a footy player lying down playing dead they’ll come over for a score check. Probably every 5 mins😉
