The annual general meeting of Salford RLFC Supporters Trust will be held via Microsoft Teams from 7.30pm on Monday 7th February 2022 where we will consider, discuss and if thought fit, pass the following resolutions or transact the following business:
1. To receive and adopt the accounts for the 12 month period ending November 2021
2. That, in accordance with Section 84 of the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014, the Society be authorised not to undertake a full professional audit of the accounts for the period 2021
3. To elect and appoint members of the Board
We will also have Paul Rowley, Andy Ackers, Ryan Brierley and Paul King present at the AGM for a Q&A.
